Returns | Exchanges | Repairs
If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund.

Keep in mind we will not accept any returns/exchanges/repairs without notice.
Please read the following to see how to handle your specific request.

Returns or exchanges must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on all sale items.
Submit Claim By:
Item received different than what was ordered
Replace with correct item
Submit claim within 14 calendar days of Original Ship Date
Broken or defective item
Repair and return
Defective: We will determine if it is a manufacturer’s defect
or if a nominal charge is due for repair. (if determined a manufacturer defect, item must be returned and received
within 60 days of Original ship date)

Item broke: At anytime, we will make every attempt to
try and repair your jewelry. We will determine what is wrong
and then email you with your options.
Item arrived damaged
Replace with same item
Submit claim within 14 calendar days of Original Ship Date
Item missing from order shipment
Replacement with original item
Submit claim within 14 calendar days of Original Ship Date
Cancel a Backordered Item
Anytime, as long as the item is still in Backorder status
(not shipped or processing)
Unhappy with design or color
Submit claim within 30 calendar days of Original Ship Date
Exchange for different item
Submit claim within 60 calendar days of Original Ship Date

Items must be returned in the original packaging, and accompanied with the original purchase receipt. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be received at our office within 7 calendar days of claim submittal to avoid cancellation of the claim.
